  • Focus more on vigorous, unscripted and candid interaction among panelists with different perspectives, and much less on talking heads
  • Research and prepare before creating programs, or inviting speakers. Identify the core, actionable topics and the animating points of view that get at what’s raw: the uncertainties, conflicts, challenges, opportunities and solutions with which senior-level attendees struggle every day.
